REGISTRATION POLICIES

Space is limited and is expected to sell out.

Registration is processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Attendees are fully registered once payment is processed.

On-site registration will incur an additional $100 fee.

REGISTRATION REFUND POLICIES

All refund requests must be made by contacting info@diabetestechnology.org

Refund requests postmarked/received before April 9, 2014 will receive a full refund, LESS a 25% processing fee.

Refund requests received after April 9, 2014 will not be honored.

Registration modifications will be processed at the prevailing rate at the time of modification.
